1. I BOOK MY EQUIPMENT ONLINE
I enter my dates, choose the equipment I need from the 10 packs available and book online.
Big Bear prepares my equipment for me and adjusts my skis using the information provided when I booked (height, weight, etc.).
2. I COLLECT MY PACK
From 4pm on the day before the first day of hire, I can come and try on my boots and collect my pack from the shop, at no extra cost. Example: I've booked my Excellence Pack from 15 to 21 January, I can collect my equipment on 14 January at 5.30pm. So I can enjoy the slopes as soon as they open the next day!
3. I BRING MY PACK BACK
All good things must come to an end. The day after my last day of booking, I drop my pack off at the Big Bear boutique before 10am. For example: I've booked my Excellence Pack from January 15th to the 21st, I can drop my pack off at the Big Bear boutique on January 21st before closing time, or on January 22nd at 9:30am.

Note: The shop is open 7 days a week, from 8:30am to 12pm and from 2:30pm to 7pm. And NON STOP from 8:30am to 7pm on Fridays and Saturdays during school holidays.
